Los estadounidenses AS I LAY DYING editarán su quinto álbum a mediados de mayo vía Metal Blade Records que lleva por título "The Rise Powerless". La banda terminó recientemente el proceso de grabación en San Diego con el productor Adam Dutkiewicz (Killswitch Engage) y mezclado por Colin Richardson y su asistente Martyn "Ginge" Ford.
